Strategy Management

As more organizations and coalitions join the fight against the opioid crisis, there is a need to track our collective performance as we set goals and work to achieve our objectives. To that end, the Colorado Consortium for Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention has developed a strategy management system and is sharing access to it with other organizations in Colorado.

The Colorado Opioid Epidemic Strategy Management System will be used to track the Consortium’s work. Each of our 10 work groups will use the system to build their strategic plans and track progress.

We hope your organization will consider using this platform as we grow so communities and coalitions can better align strategies and work.
