The Consortium is housed administratively in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and is led by Professor Robert Valuck, PhD, RPh.
The Consortium’s staff assists with the execution of our vision and alignment of our/our partners’ efforts across all 64 counties in Colorado.
Robert Valuck, PhD, RPh — Executive Director
Rob coordinates the vision of the Consortium by building strategic partnerships at the federal, state, and local levels. Email Rob

Jennifer Place, MA, LPC, LAC — Assistant Director
Jennifer provides oversight to Consortium projects, programs, and staff. She also is the acting senior program manager for the Treatment, Recovery, and Recovery Friendly Workplaces work groups. Email Jennifer

Jessica Eaddy, MSW — Senior Program Manager
Jessica provides backbone support for the Harm Reduction, Treatment and Provider Education work groups.
Hilary Bryant — Program Manager
Hilary provides backbone support for the Affected Families and Friends, Public Awareness, Recovery and Safe Disposal work groups.
Shayna Micucci, MSW, LSW — Program Manager
Shayna provides backbone support for the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program and Benzodiazepine Awareness work groups, in addition to coordinating meetings and events for the Consortium’s Fentanyl Response and Assisting Jails efforts.
External Relations Strategists
Kristin Carpenter — External Relations Strategist
Kristin builds relationships with local and regional efforts addressing the overdose epidemic, with a focus on the eastern part of the state. Eric builds relationships with local and regional efforts addressing the opioid epidemic, with a focus on the west side of Colorado to include our mountain communities. Rosemarie MacDowell — Center Coordinator
